1. I haven't been watching any dramas lately because there was nothing to watch, but I happened to watch the 1st episode and the acting was so good that I watched it like I was in awe. It was so entertaining. The acting and directing were all so good. It's natural that the viewership ratings went up because it's entertaining.
2. They acted so well... They both had really good diction so I could hear them well even without looking at the subtitles.
